Shipping For Orders within Australia

Orders are usually dispatched once a week, on Sundays.

Standard shipping, while more economical, is fulfilled through Australia Post with tracking available. In the event of loss, we are unable to provide refunds or similar reimbursement.

Exchange Policy We understand that sometimes sizing can be tricky. As long as the item is in its original condition, we accept exchanges, subject to certain conditions. Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time.

Original Condition

For Chalk: If there are any issues with the bottle, please do not remove the seal, and we'll promptly exchange it for a new bottle. Simply reach out to us via email or Instagram.

For T-shirts: Please consult our Size Chart before making your purchase. We are happy to facilitate an exchange for items with defects. Please refrain from washing or wearing the item you wish to exchange. Contact us via email or Instagram to initiate the exchange process.

How to Return? Contact us via email or Instagram to arrange either a meet-up or mail-in exchange. Provide details of your return in your message. Please note that our staff will assess the item's condition before accepting the exchange.
